The 80kW–125kW / 210kWh All-in-One BESS is an integrated commercial and industrial energy storage solution combining a Solis hybrid inverter, 210kWh LiFePO₄ battery system, BMS, and intelligent energy management in a compact and easy-to-deploy design.

The system intelligently coordinates energy flow between PV, grid, battery, and loads, enabling efficient solar energy utilization, battery charging and discharging, peak shaving, load shifting, and backup power. During normal operation, excess solar energy can be stored in the battery for later use, while during grid outages, the stored energy can provide reliable backup power for critical loads.

1. Battery Module – 51.2V 314Ah
The system uses 51.2V 314Ah LiFePO4 battery modules, with approximately 16.08kWh energy capacity per module. Multiple modules can be configured to achieve the required system capacity, providing a scalable and reliable energy storage solution.

2. Hybrid Inverter – 100–125kW
The integrated 100–125kW hybrid inverter manages power flow between the PV system, battery, grid, and loads. It supports battery charging/discharging, solar energy utilization, peak shaving, and backup power operation.

3. Control Box
The control box provides centralized system control and communication, coordinating the battery, inverter, BMS and other components for stable and intelligent operation.

4. Air Conditioning
The integrated air-conditioning system maintains a suitable internal temperature for the battery and electrical components, helping improve battery performance, safety, and service life, particularly in outdoor or high-temperature environments.

5. Smoke Alarm / Fire Safety
The cabinet is equipped with a smoke detection system for early detection of abnormal conditions, enhancing the overall safety of the energy storage system.

The 80–125kW Solis Hybrid Inverter serves as the central energy management unit, coordinating power flow between the PV system, grid, battery, and loads. Combined with a 210kWh LiFePO₄ battery system, it provides an integrated solution for energy optimization and backup power.

PV Power Generation

Solar energy is first supplied to the loads. Excess PV power can be used to charge the 210kWh battery, maximizing solar energy utilization.

Battery Energy Storage

The 210kWh battery stores surplus solar energy and releases it when required, such as during peak-demand periods or grid outages.

Grid Interaction

The Solis hybrid inverter can manage energy exchange with the grid according to the system configuration, supporting self-consumption, peak shaving, load shifting, and backup power.
